We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Hong Kong Shipping

Complimentary shipping is available on all Hong Kong orders.

Orders requiring a delivery signature should be sent to an address where someone is available to receive the parcel. If this is not possible, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate alternative arrangements.

Ready-to-ship orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, customs processing or other unforeseen delays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.

As customs regulations vary between countries, The Society HK is unable to estimate or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

The Society HK is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments or unpaid import duties and taxes.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Made to order pieces are individually crafted upon confirmation of your order.

Delivery time is approximately 7–9 weeks unless otherwise specified.

Due to the bespoke nature of these pieces, made to order purchases are considered final sale.

However, we understand that selecting fine jewellery online can sometimes be difficult. Exchange requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Society HK.

Please note that any approved exchanges may be subject to additional production costs, price differences, resizing charges or shipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn

• undamaged

• in their original packaging and condition

Please note the following items are non-returnable:

• made to order pieces

• customised or personalised jewellery

• sale items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a secure and traceable shipping service, as The Society HK cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow 4–7 working days for processing.

Gift certificate

The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash.
