The Society HK carefully prepares and packages every order to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully.

Hong Kong Shipping

Complimentary shipping is available on all Hong Kong orders.

Available Pieces are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days following order confirmation, unless otherwise stated.

For deliveries requiring a signature, please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. If this is not possible, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected destinations.

For all international orders, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can confirm availability, shipping options and associated costs.

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

As customs regulations vary between countries, The Society HK is unable to estimate or control these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you require further information before placing your order.

The Society HK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for charges arising from unpaid import duties or taxes.

Made to Order

Made-to-Order Pieces are individually crafted especially for you following confirmation of your order.

The estimated production time is approximately 7–9 weeks, unless otherwise stated. We will advise you of the expected timeline when your order is confirmed.

As each piece is made specifically for your order, all Made-to-Order Pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you are unsure about sizing, specifications or any other details, please contact us before placing your order. We are always happy to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible Available Pieces within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unworn

• undamaged

• in their original packaging and condition

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Made-to-Order Pieces

• Bespoke, customised or personalised jewellery

• Sale items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a secure and traceable shipping service, as The Society HK cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, please allow 4–7 working days for processing.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
